At VYVD Health, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or PO Boxes at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

VYVD Health is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. If unresolved, email us at support@vyvdhealth.com and we will do our best to assist.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VYVD Health is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@vyvdhealth.com — we can only make changes before the order is processed.
