At VYVD Health, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened products only: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • 30-day return window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase required: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used supplement products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vyvdhealth.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@vyvdhealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
