1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Unopened products only: Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.

30-day return window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase required: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or partially used supplement products (for health and safety reasons)
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vyvdhealth.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged/defective product
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@vyvdhealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
